Re: North Loop Neighborhood
Well according to my wife and daughter I'm wrong 90% of the time, so maybe I'm wrong about this. Perhaps someone else on here can do some deep research as well? What I found was a lot of incomplete answers and contradictions from variance procedures to zoning ordinances regulations. It is a fact how...

Re: North Loop Neighborhood
I'm curious about how the new 400ft height restriction interacts with the 467ft proposal for 200 Central. I don't know.. I'm assuming that proposal will be cut down like LPM was. Originally, LPM was 38 floors and 404' but Magdalin had to chop 2 floors off to meet the new height restrictions in MPLS...

Re: Downtown East - Wells Fargo / Radisson Red / Edition Apt
With the addition of all the apts in the last couple yrs, one has to think that these price are a bit high? I believe the demand drives prices up but the amount of renting units has increased dramatically with the additions of 3 towers and several other projects. I guess if I was a developer who cou...

Re: Nicollet Hotel Block
Just once I'd like to see something built that isn't shrunk Down 5-6 stories and resembles some of the classic character of architecture this city saw in the mid-80s through the mid 90s. Even when the city calls for "iconic" the same old story happens in Minneapolis. Two or three years ago...
