What is the rationale behind that?I read that many restaurants have stayed open but do plan on closing once things fully open up. My hope is that best case it drives rent prices down and like after the forest fire we get a huge bloom of new places

Minnesota has one of the highest per capita golfing populations in the country. I think its no surprise lots of people play golf in the city. A lot more would probably play Hiawatha if they actually maintained the course.

Yes? I worked at Hiawatha growing up and continue to golf there, it's about as diverse a golf course you will find.Is the "Twin Cities African-American golf community" actually a thing?

As opposed to a second or higher floor? Yes. Imagine trying to evacuate a daycare with infants and toddlers using stairs verses a door straight to the sidewalk.Is daycare a good use for a first floor?

My buddy lives a couple blocks away from the Denver version. "Good beer selection and food is decent, don't go if you have to be somewhere." Let me know if you want any more riveting restaurant reviews.

Yes, but that was the original rendering from 2015 or so. The one I posted was the their updated plan in 2016.No. There's a different rendering in the article just a few posts up.Is this still the plan?
