I will say, as a board member of the MGC: Would that resolution from 1999 prevent operations of these small buses too? I think that running them would take away the usage from Pedestrians and Bicyclists. Midtown Rail should be a priority once SWLRT is built! The MGC is not a government entity, we do...

Re: Condo Rental Caps: Economics and Equity
There are some issues with FHA loans when a building is above a certain percent renter, which could explain part of the drop in price. They're harder to get financing for.

Geberding is seriously really bad at this, it's amazing he's built as many buildings as he has, but he just needs to find some easier projects to work on or just retire already.

They literally can't, the Bookmen Stacks owns the air rights on this plot, so this is as high as the developer can go.

The volunteers seem very eager. I nearly had to run away from one giving away maps at the Nicolet Mall station. I'm a local I don't need a map! I was just going to the library!

Re: Public Transit News and Current Happenings
It's very telling that despite being part of the Metro branding, it's not a part of the Hi-Frequency network because it doesn't run often enough. I really think Metro Transit needs to redefine their "Metro" standards to include high frequency service, because when paired with the Blue and ...

As someone that lives a block away from an Aldi, I go in 3-4 times a week on my way home from work and pick up 4 or 5 things while I'm there. It's close enough to me that if I get a bit more and I can find a good solid banana box I can carry it all home anyway, but usually my purchases just fit into...
