Seems we never had a thread for this? Anyway, Star Tribune says they move in on March 5.
Have they ever announced what will happen to Winter Park in Eden Prairie? Curious if it will be demolished or reused in some way.

I don't think the team has announced anything, but I would imagine the Wilf's will redevelop it. They own about 15 acres and that's a prime corner for an decently sized office building or two.

I'm guessing Eden Prairie would have enjoyed this press release for the old Vikings training center today!Wilfs plan luxury hotel, conference center for Vikings' Eagan campus

The mayor is begging for a large hotel.

More apartments could be approved with zoning change. Up to 1,000 units.

This is interesting, really unexpected news! I'm really glad to hear it though, curling is big in Nordic countries so this definitely fits in with MSP's brand. Not sure how many jobs this will bring, but I'm glad to hear we are still attracting newcomers to the region after a chain of losses.
