Was at Wells Fargo today and from that vantage point I could see 2 stories of concrete beam construction up so far on this project.

Rode by this today on my bike and they are using real stone for the exterior! This is going to be really nice:

I keep thinking this should have been 4 stories. It looks almost small going by it. But it'll fit in and is definitely a quality addition

Does that top material look familiar to any of you? Cause it should. It is almost the exact same as what's being used on the Viking's stadium.

Going by the project today and I'm liking it a lot. Do wish there was another story, but what can you do.

It's a great high quality infill project. Totally impressed with the use of so much real stone on the façade!

I was surprised that the fences were down and the sidewalk was open so that I was able to walk next to the building today. I look forward to this getting finished and filled.

This project is pretty much wrapped up as far as construction goes. The office space is now completely filled with Pettersen/Keller Architecture taking the back half of the building with a lobby on the ground level facing Irving. ReuterWilliams Commercial is the second floor's front tenant. The ground floor retail space is still dirt so they are still waiting for a tenant for both sections. Residential lobby is complete, but not sure how many of the units are filled at this time. All I can say is this is one damn fine building. We need a few more similar to it, but maybe a bit taller with more density.
