Ryan updated the DMNA on construction timelines tonight - Groundbreaking will be in the next couple weeks, and the crane goes up in May, with topping-out scheduled for April 2023 and opening in February 2024.

Strib article about record April home construction.
https://www.startribune.com/and-boom-su ... fresh=true
Article mentions Ryan Cos. is planning to start building 1,050 units in three projects in Minneapolis, including this site with 350 units.
Does anyone know what the other two projects accounting for the remaining 700 units are? I can't think of any off the top of my head. I bet Ryan is close to that amount at Highland Bridge in St. Paul, but I don't think Strib would make that error.

At some point the parking garage dropped the Fleet Farm name is now just Stadium Parking Ramp. Fleet Farm's naming rights must have been for five years.

What is this looking like these days? Anyone have pics?

I literally drove by today - but the rain was so hard I couldn’t take a picture! It looks surprisingly big! The tan stone is warmer than I thought - and the glass is less blue. I’ll get a pic in the next day or two when it is dry and maybe sunny.

Cool! Looking pretty nice. Thanks for doing that. Sure would be nice if they'd add some height on the other side of the park where the correctional facility is.Sorry not a closeup but I took this today from the skyway over 4th St between 4th and 5th Ave.
