Having been in that building I would agree that it would have been hard to find a tenant to sublease the space. It was laid out really odd. It seemed much smaller on the inside than one would have thought.

30-acre farm along Dell Road up for sale. I assume it'll be turned into one of the many McMansion subdivisions Eden Prairie has to offer.

Fun fact - just south of this site, Dell Road is still a gravel/dirt road as it travels down the river bluff. It makes for a harrowing drive if you accidentally end up on it in the winter.
