Cheese Market Coffee Bean

Does anyone know anything about this building at Bedford St. SE and Prospect Terrace SE? It says "Cheese Market Coffee Bean" on the north side, and has a cool mural right below that. I see it everyday from the Green Line, and have not been able to find anything about it online.

This came up in the Prospect Park thread recently. I believe it's an art studio but I've never seen it open to the public or even with the windows up.

Have to assume you're talking about the old
Tower Grocery, right?

Beneath a bunch of weird old people comments there's one here that references it being an art studio. This is probably where I heard it.
