I was walking the Minneapolis Diagonal Trail near the Stinson Triangle for the first time a few weeks ago, and when we reached Ramsey County I noticed signs posted saying the trail was being evaluated for a future transit project. How old are these signs? What project was/is being evaluated? I can't find info on this anywhere.

RCRRA has those signs on almost every ROW they own. That route in particular would be the Northeast Diagonal transitway, running through Northeast Minneapolis to a string of Ramsey County suburbs.
