I went here a month ago to get some food. The view of Downtown is one of the best you'll see. If you're running or biking past it's worth the short trip up the hill.

Shafer Richardson has closed on the property, and construction will begin in January, according to this BizJournals article. The project has been named Peregrine, and is set to open in 2023.
