Here we go, back at it. Might be some immediate delays, what I got from the rumor mill: The company bracing/moving the old building is crazy busy and the announcement this is a go was very recent. Might take a while to get them there. Redesign of the building changed the dimensions, like possibly no...

Re: Street, Road and Highway Projects
The ability to do a complete lap of Nokomis on foot or on bike without those horrifying crossings of Cedar, especially the northern five-legged mess? I'll drive the bulldozer. The closest I have is Family Tree clinic or Highland Bridge. Drive on the grass as much as possible, you’ll rattle your tee...

We hope to have the Hidden Falls plaza tunnel buried by the end of the week. Meaning, curbs, paths, and street the following week.

Like I told the retired gentleman cruising down Cretin on his bike today, not yet.
We opened the overflow from the central water feature into the Hidden Falls park yesterday. (Just south of Montreal) The waterfalls turned out awesome. I will try to upload the vid and put the link here.

Tomorrow we start sealing up the new pedestrian tunnel underneath Mississippi Boulevard at Hidden Falls. Hope to have road back open in 2.5-3 weeks.

If there is, it should be ‘keep it under 100’.Out of curiosity, what would be the height restrictions here. With the airport close by, does that factor in much?

Re: Highland Bridge: Ford Site Redevelopment
Anything more than 50 as standard makes no sense because you're dealing with the niche scenario of people that choose to live in a Highland Bridge row house, yet have two electric cars that need to be charged fully every night. I wonder if that will be a niche scenario three years from now. As far ...

Re: Highland Bridge: Ford Site Redevelopment
Talking with the Pulte site foreman, the rowhomes will have EVSE availability as an option. He did not know the amperage off the top of his head. Hopefully 60 or 80, and honestly I think the feature should be standard. 5 years from now it will be. Any word about rooftop solar, whether on the townho...

Re: Highland Bridge: Ford Site Redevelopment
Potentially silly question, but will people be able to play in the waterfall feature? That image reminds me of seven pools in Lowry hill. I used to swim in those as a kid, granted that may not have been officially allowed, but I was like 5. Lol We plan on doing that as soon as they let the water go...

Re: Highland Park water storage tank
The concrete is almost gone. The soccer field will be graded out and seeded this coming week. Major delay on the parking lot work, the soil conditions are unsuitable for a water infiltration tank. Back to the design team. Either this year or next, a sidewalk on the east side of Snelling will be inst...
