I meant to post earlier about this; they have been working on this renovation into 57 units of senior housing for at least a month. I noticed walking by that they have a garbage shoot for renovation work on the river side of the building.

The front of this building is surprisingly nondescript. It seems most of the converted warehouses in the area have at least some semi-decorative detail, but this one really doesn't.
