This would be good, if something materializes here. Not as much development has happened this far into NE, and its better to spread it around the city a bit more.

For at least 5 years there has been a sign on the building showing a redevelopment plan. It would be great to see something built here. There is an apartment building being built just behind the building and another lot on the block directly south that would be nice to se something built on as well.
So many of the buildings along this corridor are literally crumbling, it's ripe for some investment!

Those are two different blocks. The one with the affordable housing behind the Little Jak's redevelopment is a half mile to the west.
