Here's a picture of the Rayette Building I took last week. You can see jersey barriers and they've posted a "for lease" sign for 2.5K for the first floor.

What was in this building before? I remember seeing cars parked on the 1st floor... Was it all parking top to bottom

The Strip Club's new sister restaurant, Saint Dinette, is now locating in this building, instead of the Lofts at Farmers Market. Good fit for them I think.

Signs in the windows say September 2014, but I think it will be more like the end of October. This will be a nice fit for the neighborhood. It is a great looking building and what they have done so far it looks great.
